I've picked up the desk and file that I ordered from you from GAVCO and it looks very nice in my office, even better than I thought it would. GAVCO makes quality furniture and they are very nice people. After I picked up the furniture from GAVCO, I had some trouble getting it out of the truck. I have a vague memory of you telling me it would be heavy, but I was thinking "heavy" in terms of furniture you would buy from retail stores, which are made with the thought in mind that people would move it. This was the first time I moved quality office furniture and it was much heavier than I thought. After getting it out of the truck, I couldn't lift it to take it very far. There was some urgency there since the furniture made it out of the truck but was sitting in the parking lot of my building and it was starting to rain, something that would have ruined the furniture. Perhaps if we had just the right equipment and 3 people we could have moved the furniture ourselves, but we were inexperienced. I spoke with Dave at GAVCO and he immediately sent 2 people to help us move the items into the office. I'm sure it was something that interrupted their day's work schedule but they responded quickly to the emergency with help to move the furniture. I feel grateful, not only to have quality furniture, but also to have bought it from a company with good business practices that can be trusted upon. Thank you GAVCO for great products and service! And, thank you Kathleen for being easy and friendly to work with. It was enjoyable to work with you and you handled things swiftly.

You have made a number of tables for me and my customer, PEMCO. The last order was a large 5x8 and three smaller tables.
I have never seen your work as these get installed in an area I don't get to visit. And we don't spend much time talking. A long conversation might reach a whole minute.
